Service

HelioDesk provides a hosted AI support widget, customer portal, FAQ management, conversation tools, lead capture, and related managed implementation services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their FAQ content, legal compliance of their website, visitor disclosures, and permissions needed to install the widget on their properties.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use HelioDesk to send spam, collect unlawful data, impersonate others, process highly sensitive data without authorization, or interfere with the service.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout. Taxes, plan limits, and managed service scope may vary by plan or written agreement.

Availability

We work to keep HelioDesk reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party provider issues, customer configuration issues, or events outside our control.

Limitation

HelioDesk is provided for customer support and lead capture workflows. Customers remain responsible for human review of important, legal, medical, financial, or policy-sensitive answers.
