We may collect account details, contact information, company and website details, billing identifiers, support conversations, FAQ content, widget configuration, and technical data such as IP address, browser, device, and request logs.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, activate customer workspaces, process billing through Stripe, answer support requests, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. HelioDesk does not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect billing details under its own policies.
AI Processing
Customer-provided FAQ content and visitor messages may be processed to generate support replies. Customers should avoid adding sensitive personal data to FAQ content unless it is necessary for their support workflow.
Retention
We retain account, billing, conversation, and lead records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational needs, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable laws.
