Subscription Refunds
If a paid subscription was purchased by mistake or the service has not been activated, contact us within 7 days and we will review the refund request.
Setup and Managed Work
One-time setup, custom configuration, and managed implementation work may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Cancellations
Customers can request cancellation before the next renewal date. Access may remain active through the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
